Worst experience ever

Do not book there. hotel claimed not to have a room in the category booked on hotelclick.com and refused to give us any of there other rooms. instead they gave us a letter with which we should try to get a room at a different hotel not in south beach, but far away, one and a half hours on foot from south beach. their excuse was that all hotels in south beach were full. which was not true, as we managed to find a hotel in south beach on our own. the rude staff, especially the night manager of the hotel, really fit into his horrible hotel. we re stil trying to get our money back for the prepaid hotelroom that we never got from this website hotelclick.com, which is so far not responding to our request. again do not book at this website, stay awy from this hotel.
