Posizione ottima, personale disponibile e cordiale, ottima prima colazione. e'l'albergo ideale per il week- end, metro vicino, centralissimo. l'unico appunto è l'illuminazione delle stanze...un po'buia ma per il resto meravigliosa.

All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. the breakfast is excellent so aim to get an all-in rate. rooms are a bit small but well furnished. the area is very racy and lively and so not for you if you want to be in a peaceful part of madrid. we were there for the madrid masters tennis and so were ideally situated right near the no.3 metro line, which goes directly to the nearest station to the new caja magica

Hotel was very nodern, very good standard, lovely rooms and fantastic choice at breakfast. every time you ordered a drink from the hotel bar, there was some kind of snack or chocolates with it. fantastic sunterrace on floor 7 too and a viewing/sun terrace on floor 9.
