This hotel has an amazing down home feel. luce and carlos were wonderful. we were greeted with a smile and recieved a hug when we left. this is at the opposite end of the island as the ferry and shopping is but we were able to rent a golf cart and tour the island ourselves. we met some great people that we have become friends with and still continue to talk to today. anything that we asked for was promptly given to us. i would reccomend this to all. we had hot and cold water at all times. love this place and will be going back very soon
