I haven’t stayed at he venetian before and since i had booked through an online service rather than directly with the hotel, i expected the customer service to be a little less, however the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. i am willing to pay the price to get good customer service and am pleasantly surprised that i got a good deal through trivago without having to sacrifice receiving excellent service.

I went to the venetian to attend a conference, so my perspective is seen through that lense. the common areas were beautiful. there was a long wait to get checked in. first impression of the room is that it was nice. it wasn't the most clean and lacked a microwave and any usable space in the refrigerator because of the wet bar. there was a desk for my computer and the wi-fi was adequate. the room had 3 televisions, which i thought odd. the room was very expensive, especially when considering the resort fee. the shopping areas had people who would try to pull you in to buy this or that. personally, i find this annoying and avoided the shops because of this. i would have liked to do some shopping, but not with the vultures waiting for me to walk by.

We really enjoyed our stay at the venetian. this was a family trip with a couple of pre-teen kids, so we were a little apprehensive about the stay on the strip. we considered places off the strip without a casino, but were very glad we went with the venetian. first, it is in a great location on the nice end of the strip. we walked down to the mgm end of the strip and were sure glad that we were at the venetian. second, there is plenty to do really close by, including shows, the attached mall and restaurants, and the fashion show mall right across the street. lastly, the hotel is very clean, and the rooms are very large an well-maintained. highly recommend!

Was very happy with the size of the room for the money. there were 2 large areas, one set up for sleeping and one set up for office work, eating or relaxing with some tv. i was there for business, so was glad to have the extra room to spread out and not feel like i was staying in a box. the cleaning service was great and the staff very helpful. the hotel and conference areas are easy to navigate also. i only went to one small pool area, so i can't say much about that and i did not use the gym, spa or wedding services, although, i could bet they were all nice.

This is our favorit hotel in vegas so far. we have stayed 5 other places. there is nothing negative to say about this hotel.the rooms are perfect and very comfortable . the beds are excellent for a good

Una recepcionista nos hizo esperar casi tres horas de pie porque no encontraba la reserva y ni se molesto en buscar. lo único que quería es que yo llamara al proveedor aun a sabiendas que hay 9 horas de diferencia horaria y en europa éra de madrugada. su solución? volver a pagar la habitación, eso si, mas cara. para disculparse por esta espera y solo porque reclame, me ofrecieron 25 dólares en gastos de restauración como compensación. tuve que reclamar esos 25 dólares dos veces! no he visto nunca un servicio peor.
