Lovely relaxing room with beautiful architectural detail. took advantage of the pool and hot tub--nice setting. desk staff mostly helpful...except when asked about getting decaf tea (there were only coffee keurig and black tea cups in the room--no decaf tea option). neither were there decaf options in the lobby's coffee stand. i was told if i wanted extra decaf they would have to charge me a dollar for each. this seemed not in keeping with the upscale atmosphere the hotel is trying to portray. luckily, the restaurant staff were accommodating and provided a decaf teabag. a small thing, but makes an incredible difference. btw, the hotel restaurant food was excellent and moderately priced.
