This is not a real 5stars hotel. rooms are ok but bathroom are very old. welness is also very old and always full. there is only 1 jacuzzi with a hudge quantity of chimics...good tip is the breakfast, quiet good with a wide choice. and be ready to wait 20/30 min for check in/out!

Hotel molto bello! la zona wellness è qualcosa di spaziale; struttura molto curata e pulita; l'unica delusione è stato il servizio del ristorante (troppo lento!) e la posizione che non mi era parso dalla descrizione così "scomoda". ma questi sono solo dettagli poco rilevanti. nel complesso ci tornerei...ed anche di corsa

The ramada plaza is a decent hotel. it has friendly staff and decent work facilities (wireless internet, an executive area, conference rooms etc) it is not near the centre of town but as we were there for a work conference this was not too much of an issue. the food is also only average (for lunch and dinner). this is surprising the overall the food in budapest is excellent regardless of whether you go to a local restaurant around the corner or a 5 star place. breakfast choices are abundant with omelettes or pancakes made to order. overall the hotel is good but for the location. if you are there to see budapest and experience the night-life i would stay somewhere closer to (or in) town.

lors de la panne générale d'électricité, assez longue, aucune information n'a été diffusée, et plus grave: aucune veilleuse obligatoire ne signalait les issues de secours. pas de table et lumière de chevet d'un côté du lit. la prise électrique du lampadaire ne fonctionne pas

Room very clean but maid service did not make bed(just pulled duvets over wrinkled sheets) or wash wine glasses(just replaced on tray unwashed)must say never had this problem before although we stay regularly pool/sauna/steam/massage facilities best around!
