Good price but bad housekeeking

Overall experience at the trump was alright, especially considering the good price we got. a downturn was the bad housekeeping: upon arrival the garbage can had not been emptied (kind regards to mr. kirkpatrick who must have been the guest before me in my room according to his old baggage tags) and there was a dirty towel in the bathtub. after mentioning this at the reception it was fixed. even worse, on the third day there was no housekeeping at all. after calling reception to fix it, it was fixed - but only very quickly. the new towels had some remaining stains, it must be a problem with their laundry service. the overall maintenance of the hotel is in bad shape. i tightened the screws of the toilet seat myself as i didn't want to bother the reception again on the second day. also, buttons on the elevators are broken, some labels missing - not exactly what i expect from a 5 star hotel. also keep in mind that the hotel is not located on the strip, but a 5 minutes walk up fashion show drive. there is a complimentary shuttle to the wynn and to caesars palace, but it can get crowded which means you need to wait some time until you get to the strip or to the hotel. however, considering that our rate was only $100 a night, the hotel was alright. the staff was very friendly and helpful with the issues.
