This is a good hotel with large comfortable rooms and the amazing travelodge bed. the hotel is a 10 minute walk from waterloo station. there is a tesco and sainsbury's 10 minutes away by the station. there is a excellent good value chinese takeaway a few doors down. they cook excellent beancurd. you can walk into the city centre very easily. you may be luck to see the london eye or the shard from your room.

My stay at this hotel was very good. it is the third time i have stayed there. we arrived at 13.30 and were advised that the room had been serviced and was ready for us to check in. we were then advised that it would cost another £10 if we wished to check in before 15.00. when i complained that if the room was ready why were we being charged an extra £10.i was advised that that was the case take it or leave it. this was the first time i had been asked for the extra £10.

We have used this hotel three times now and it is always reliably clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. add the advantage of location -close to waterloos - and the bus right on the doorstep to get to the theatres and it can't be beat.

Hotel très bien situé, 5 minutes à pied de la gare de waterloo ! literie et propreté impecable ainsi que l'accueil. seul gros bémol : pas de climatisation, une chaleur horrible dans les couloirs et dans les chambres car ouverture des fenêtres impossible. même si londres est plus au nord que cheznous, s'il fait 22 degrés dehors, il devait facilement faire 26 à l'intérieur.... hôtel à recommander pour l'hiver.

My husband and i stayed for one night and found it a comfortable, clean basic hotel with everything you need and a friendly staff. the breakfast was very good and very fresh even though we came down rather late. we also loved the location as it is so very central and a few minutes walk from waterloo station and the south bank.

We stayed here recently on a saturday night with some friends. the hotel is in a great location close to the southbank and southwark which appears to be an up-and-coming area with a good selection of bars and restaurants. it is close to different tube stations and also london waterloo mainline station. for a budget hotel the facilities are better than i was expecting. it has a bar which appeared to still be open at 02:15 in the morning when we returned to the hotel, and also offers 24 hour room service for food. the rooms and bathrooms are basic and fairly small but perfectly adequate and were very clean, but were very hot when we stayed and there is no air-conditioning. the windows have their opening restricted to a very small gap and fans are provided and we had to have our fan on all night, but it wasn't too bad. we found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the breakfast was reasonable with a selection of hot and cold food. i would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

Per lavoro ho prenotato una notte in questo albergo tra il venerdì è il sabato. la posizione è buona, non troppo distante dalla stazione waterloo, quindi autobus, metro e treni. nel complesso non è male, camera (nel mio caso matrimoniale) piccola ma in ordine, ordinata e nuova nell'aspetto. bagno piccolo, lavandino small, doccia non facilissima da regolare e con un miscelatore leggermente difettoso. pecca assoluta no aria condizionata. il venerdì era una giornata caldissima e afosa e corridoi e camere erano infuocate, nonostante un piccolo ventilatore in camera. all'ingresso era presente una brocca con acqua e ghiaccio..ma serviva a poco. colazione internazionale.

Decisamente un buon hotel, ottimo il servizio. una comodità da non sottovalutare è la vicinanza di waterloo station a circa 500 mt. il servizio wifi e free per solo 30 minuti al giorno, se si vuole navigare per più tempo il costo parte da un minimo di 3 £.

Friendly hotel, nicely refurbished, very comfortable, given choice of room & the breakfast buffet was excellent. easy to find from waterloo only 5 minutes walk. only thing missing - shower gel! not a deal breaker though, will just remember to bring some next time!

The room in this hotel was very clean and comfortable. where i was working in southwark road it was very convenient, within walking distance, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. located in good area for a range of restaurants and food outlets so the choice was a good one. would stay there again, if possible.

The room was nice and tidy, relatively clean. very basic. the bathroom was small with no supplies tho. asked the reception the day before i checkout about the breakfast included and whether they can prepare a take away box, because we have to check out at 4am. the receptionist said she can't help and i have to ask in the morning i check out. which means we had to get downstairs earlier and asked the reception on duty then if they can help. it was ok at the end they did gave us a box to take away. free wifi in the lobby only, so have to wait for empty seats. location was ok, relatively close to a tube station, maybe 10-15mins walk. a bit longer when having luggages. has an open window, which was gd.

It is good to stay in. the bedroom is comfortable and big. if you think it is too hot inside the room, you can open the window and turn on the fan. it's fine for us. the major problem is no storage for the luggages. we have arrived 11am at the hotel and would like to store the luggages and check in later on at 3pm. however, the lady at the reception has asked us to come back at 3pm and have to take all the luggages with us. we have paid extra 10 pounds to get the room early. it's also fine for us. in general, everything is clean and tidy in the hotel. the staffs are friendly.

We were pleased with our service throughout our stay from check-in to departure. i would like to say a special thank-you to katea, who assisted during check-in, dinner, breakfast and just before check-out when we were locked out of our rooms just as we wanted to collect our suitcases! clean rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. overall very pleasant stay.

We needed an early check-in before a wedding in westminster. that was no problem and the hotel location was very good. the staff were fine; sunday breakfast good; the room was large and bed comfortable. air conditioning would have been good as suddenly it was summer and hot. the fan helped a little.

Hôtel très propre, moderne; literie neuve et de grande qualité; chambre bien équipée avec bouilloire et nécessaire à tea time. salle de douche/toilettes très propre mais exiguë. petit déjeuner buffet très satisfaisant. bien situé près de la station de métro de waterloo ce qui est très important.
