Second stay here, hotel is in a good central location. the rooms at the back are quieter but do not have the view. breakfast is good, you have to ask for your plate etc they then check that you have breakfast included in the price you have paid.. if you need a hairdryer ask when checking in to save a second visit to recption when you realise there is not one in the room. there is a tesco express underneath, which is handy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good. the room had a couple of minor faults i.e the table lamp and the socket under the mirror didn't work but as we only stayed one night these faults did not bother us. the reception staff made of note of this before we left. i would recommend this hotel.

Buen hotel. el checkin era a las 3 de la tarde, llegamos antes, pero pudimos quedarnos ahí, almorzando, ya que tienen servicio de cocina. la habitación es excelente, también es muy buena la ubicación. lo único negativo es que no se podían dejar los bolsos luego del checkout.

Excellent value for money. hotel is ideally located opposite quayside and a few minutes from liverpool 1.good views over harbour from our room and bar area. we come to liverpool 7-8 times a year and this is best value pound for pound so far. friendly staff.ample breakfast to set you up for the day.
