No bus to hotel, told to ring a taxi at £10.00 to hotel. booked in bedroom furniture long long past its time, decidedto go to bar for a drink, found to be closed,told it might be open about 1630. decided to go into crawley, another £6.00 in and £6.00 back out again.when bookin out informed there was a bus stop a few minutes away and would take us to the airport, that cost £4.20 for the both of us. not a very happy stay.

The place is in need of a good refurbishment, but for the price it was ok. clean sheets, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Very convenient for gatwick, shuttle bus stops right outside on a very regular basis, but a taxi is only slightly more and much quicker hotel is comfortable but rather run down and neglected, lots of mould in bathroom but for a one night stopover for gatwick it was cheap. breakfast was excellent and made up for anything else

I would like to know how this place is allowed to call itself a hotel! the dirtist fithy place i have ever stayed! the carpets. were so dirty i was sticking to them as i walked, the bathroom was so bad i had to place a towel in bath to stand on to shower as there were huge black stains on bath! the remotes for tv's i was told were all stolen so had to operate tv manually? the worst hotel in the world
