No shampoo, why?

Arrived at 12midnight, exhausted, too tired to have a shower, got up next morning to discover 4 bath towels, soap, but no shampoo!! why? when i went to complain, was told that i could buy a 5 pound wash bag from the machine!! plus no remote control, bed was a bit iffy, mattress too soft, so when you moved it moved with you also. window wouldn't open.
