Esta todo acorde a la categoría del hotel, el desayuno es excelente en todo sentido. lo malo que a un pasajero cobrarle 40 euros por dejar el auto una noche es un abuso total y además te asustan diciendo que es peligroso dejarlo en otro lado. a dos cuadras te cobran 24 y es totalmente seguro.

Fabulous hotel, so handy for the center to visit the duomo and shops etc.. - literally a 10 minute walk. the staff were lovely and very attentive and the hotel was spotlessly clean. it was raining (unfortunately) most of the weekend we were there and the reception area floor was constantly being wiped with a swiffer type mop to keep it dry. we had lunch which was very nice and breakfast was very good too with a good selection of continental goods as well as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage etc.. we will definitely return

Albergo ben posizionato in centro città. stanze molto curate anche se l'isolamento acustico non è perfetto. mancano alcuni accessori come le ciabattine per il bagno. colazione ottima, forse la migliore tra i quattro stelle di milano, sia per qualità dei prodotti che per varietà di scelta. il ristorante offre una carta interessante e comunque è possibile richiedere piatti adattati alle proprie esigenze. personale cortese. unica nota stonata la reception, molto lenta, anche se ultimamente gli addetti sembrano più attenti.

L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, perfetta sia per il lavoro che per lo svago. la struttura è nuova e ben arredata, gli spazi comuni sono spaziosi ed eleganti. le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite e fornite del necessario. il personale generalmente cortese, competente e veloce. la colazione è la migliore che abbia mai trovato in alberghi di pari (e superiore) categoria .
