I arrived to a dirty room which had not been checked, i was also given a smoking room for a non smoker. on my second nights stay i came back from a business trip in scotland and planned to order room service to find that there was no menu in my room, it took me 45 mins to try and get a menu which in the end i got myself from the reception desk, i then ordered my meal and 30 minutes later was informed that i needed to pay for my meal in cash or credit card which i should arrange with the reception desk, only to be told that i had to go all the way back downstairs to settle my bill, which after 2 hours of waiting to just order what i thought would be a simple room service meal, i decided the customer service i had received was appaulling and i duly cancelled my meal!
