The good: reception was nice and the people who worked there were always helpful and friendly. the rooms were spacious & clean and the beds were comfortable. it was a pretty good location. i was there for a conference and some days we walked and others we tried out the bike share which was only a couple of blocks away. needs improvement: (reasons for the two mediocre scores) services: wifi was horrible at the hotel. considering i was there on business i was hoping to get some work done once i got back to the room. unfortunately, i wasn't able to connect or when i did it was sloooooow. room: though the room was spacious, the bathroom was quite small and the sink needed a rehaul. price: since there was a huge convention in town, i think the prices went up. even though there is room for improvement (esp. the wifi), i would stay here again. when it comes down to it, cleanliness, location, and the friendly of the staff is more important.
