Abbiamo soggiornato al westin a palace dal 25/12 al 29/12. l'hotel è posizionato ottimamente, di fronte al museo del prado, e a pochi metri (circa 500) dal reina sophia e dalla stazione di atocha. a 5 minuti a piedi di arriva a puerta del sol e alla gran via. le camere spaziose e accoglienti sono in stile starwood con bagno in marmo e vasca-doccia. unico neo la connessione internet a pagamento in camera (nella hall e nel ristorante gratis)... colazione eccellente!

Incredibile hotel in pieno centro città. tra i primi 4 di madrid. eccellente la colazione la mattina in un ambiente lussuoso. la camera premium di altissimo livello. il personale molto cortese e disponibilissimo. nulla da eccepire. un'esperienza da provare.

The hotel was as i expected from reading the many reviews, and i was pleasantly surprised how good it really was. very comfortable, room size was fine and hotel had all the facilities. the location was also perfect. breakfast was superb. the lounge bar also very good, although don't expect it to open all night! hotel staff were all superb and made us feel very welcome. arranging a late checkout was no problem. it made for a great place to stay and would recommend it. it was a very special time for us and i would have no hesitation in booking the same hotel again. highly recommended.

Anything i have to say about this hotel is positive. a spectacular building in a spectacular and highly convenient location, classical style, extremely spacious with lots of comfortable area to sit and read, chat or just admire the decor and the interior of the building. we had a premium room looking out on the thyssen museum(you're only a few minites away from the prado, thyssen and reina sofia museums. bedroom was spacious, classical decor with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. what my 13 yr old soon was most enthusiastic about was the buffet breakfast served in probably the most outstanding space in the hotel-a very large elegant room with an amazing glass dome overhead. breakfast catered to all tastes-lotd og vsriety of fresh fruit, cereals,cheeses, eng breakfast, etc. we found all the staff professional and attentive. i would not think twice about choosing the palace again or recommending it to friends and family.

Es un buen hotel idealmente ubicado y que merece la pena si lo coges a buen precio.
