We arrived around midnight, and the staff was super friendly and helpful after a long day of travel. i've seen other complaints about the front desk staff, but i have to say they were super- upon check in, any questions we had, and upon check out. the room had been updated recently and the bathroom was nicely done and clean. the actual room was a tad small, but had a huge built in desk and area for the tv/dresser which were nice. the balconies are not true balconies, they are what they call romeo & juliet balconies- you cannot sit on them, but the doors open up like regular sliding doors and the fresh air was great. our air conditioner was a bit loud, but nothing that kept us from sleeping. the beds were amazing!!! slept better than i have at home! great location as well---you can walk in either direction and hit up restaraunts and bars. beach place was only about a 1/2 mile away and was a super fun place in the evening. the pool was nice and you can see the ocean from the pool deck. i would definitely stay here again especially with the great deal from hotels click!
