Upon arrival at my destination, on my wedding night, we were told the hotel was overbooked and we would be moved to another hotel. this was a very important night for me and we traveled an hour to stay at a unique historical hotel. i had called to confirm my reservation and was told we were good to go. i've tried contacting hotelsclick with no luck. hoping i get a full refund for my inconvenience as i was promised by the hotel.
