Smart, trendy and busy.

We stayed at the may fair for one saturday night. we had an excellent time. the service varies; reception is good, rooms are big and clean, the room service cheese plate is exceptional, the bar is busy and a little "clicky". we had to wait 40 minutes for our restaurant reservation to become available and the food was a bit patchy (excellent steak, cod not so good, fairly odd puddings - and they tried to charge us for 3 diners when there was clearly only two if us).
