Great hotel shame about hotelsclick

Stayed at this hotel which is very nice in a good location with lovely staff. however i would advise booking through another agency as.i found on arrival that hotelsclick had not paid for my room although they had received my money 7 weeks before. i consequently had to pay for my room again and am still waiting to get my money back.

Lights in room especially over sink very dim. it was difficult to shave in the morning.
