Bell'hotel sul lungomare , check-in e check-out molto veloci , personale alla reception molto gentile , le stanze spaziose e pulite con piccolo balcone a vista mare laterale , colazione e cena con grande varietà di cibo , fermata dell'autobus a venti metri dall'albergo . hotel da consigliare

Hotel vieillissant, robinetterie défaillante, mobilier défraichi, réception télévision difficile. piscine mentionnée qui ne fonctionne pas aux dates de réservation personnel à la réception peu accommodant restaurant conforme à la description et aux attentes

I have never given a bad review in my life and i have traveled to many destinations and stayed at numerous hotels/hostels/motels/etc and have always managed to say something good. however, i will give my first bad review. my advice is to not to do business with this hotel. when i arrived to find that they were full despite the fact i made a booking with this hotel and paid in full months in advance. they proceeded to downgrade me to a three star hotel down the road which had terrible facilities with rude staff. i would have been fine if they were friendly or offered compensation for the situation in some way for the price difference of the facilities but they blatantly stated it as a fact in a very rude and unfriendly manner. an extremely negative customer experience and as stated before, book this hotel at your own risk.

When we arrived, they did not give us the room we had ordered on hotel clic. com, but a lower category. they could not fix it emidiatly, because the manager had gone home. the next day i had to go through the same storry with her. eventualy she accepted our complaint, and gave us the room to the sea side, that we had ordered. stil she left us with the feeling, that it was our fault, and not a mistake made by the hotel. after this was settled, we had a nice stay.

Non il 4 stelle inteso qui in italia ma colazione valida, posizione valida vicino a piscine naturali fronte hotel, personale molto cortese, piscina vista mare , pulizia ok. peccato due furti di scarpe in camera, uno il primo giorno e l'altro prima di partire. difficoltà a trovare parcheggio e non scegliete acquarius / atlas choice per il noleggio auto!

Per essere un 4 stelle,non ha nulla di un 4 stelle. la camera che ci è stata data intanto non era una matrimoniale come da prenotazione ma aveva 2 letti singoli uniti. la vista mare era all'angolo della strada,visto che la stanza dava su una via molto stretta. il muro era pieno di bolle di muffa. il bagno aveva la vasca non tanto ben pulita. il frigobar era totalmente vuoto e le tovaglie da bagno erano poco più grandi di quelle per il viso,e nemmeno pulite bene (per fortuna avevamo portato le nostre). infine non parlavano una parola di italiano. da quando chi va in un albergo deve farsi capire alla reception? chi lavora in un albergo non dovrebbe conoscere un minimo le lingue?peraltro all'arrivo in qualsiasi parte del mondo chi ti riceve ti prospetta i servizi dell'hotel (ristorante,sala fitness,etc),mentre qui a malapena si sono presi il documento di identità

Hotel ottimo. posizione centralissima vicinissima a sant jiulian, sul lungomare di sliema. la nostra camera matrimoniale godeva di una vista laterale sul mare. camere grandi e pulite. colazione al bar buona e conveniente.

We had booked a room with a sea view and were so glad we did. we had a fantastic view as we were on the corner of the 5th floor so were able to look over at the st julians area, plus watch all the boats on the sea, people sunbathing on the rocks, swimming in the sea and promenading. our room was a good size with a table and chairs by the window. it was well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and also had a bath and shower over the bath. we were happy with the breakfast which had something for everyone. we liked the fact that there was a rooftop pool which although small was never very busy and we always managed to get a sunbed. there is a nice rooftop café/bar with great views and reasonable prices for snacks and drinks. we also liked the location. the local buses stopped nearby and went to most of the places we were keen to visit, such as valetta, mellieha, the ferry terminal for gozo, mdina and rabat. we also had a choice of places to eat to the right and left of the hotel and if you bought a 7 day bus pass for 12 euros you could hop on a bus to go a little further afield or for those who could not walk far use it to get about.

Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. la posizione è ottima per potersi spostare con comodità, essendo gli autobus molto frequenti e la fermata vicino all'hotel. per colazione abbiamo usufruito di un ricco buffet. confortevole e pulita la stanza. il personale dell'hotel è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. il rapporto qualità/prezzo è veramente ottimo.

Abbiamo trovato l'hotel dplomat abbastanza confortevole e molto ospitale, cortesia e disponibilità da parte del personale. inoltre è situato in una posizione comodissima per i mezzi pubblici. ci siamo trovati bene

Nice hotel, great location overlooking promenade. close to good restaurants in st julian's. we upgraded from a side-facing room to a sea view for 10 euros per night. this was very worthwhile - the side facing rooms were smaller and felt cramped. housekeeping service was good, room was kept clean and tidy. the breakfast was basic but adequate. we didn't eat any other meals in the hotel.

We found the hotel reception staff very unhelpful. i would rate this hotel as a 3* not 4*. but still good value for money. location about 15 minutes walk from the centre of selima
