The place is clean, it looks taken care off (in a general way), the decor is nice and modern and the rooms are tidy and well kept, however, it is very noisy, for a city like toronto where cars pass by 24/7, the rooms are not isolated enough to keep the noise outside. there is not much water pressure in the showers, i find it unnecessary to have two shower heads in the bathroom. there was also construction in the hotel and a constant noise of door slamming every time someone would come up through the stairs. again, the place is not very quiet, it becomes hard to sleep.
