Love the location staff were excellent food was of excellent we enjoyed the afternoon tea in the court yard cleanliness of our room was again of excellent standard in need of updating but on the whole we enjoyed our stay

Chose this hotel because of its location near victoria palace theatre but also very close to buckingham palace and westminster. fantastic location. everything was superb at this hotel from the excellent service everywhere to the amazingly spacious room which was huge for london standards. as soon as you walk in you are bowled over with the luxurious feel of the place yet the price was moderate for london.

Had a lovely weekend in london staying at this hotel. from checking in to checking out, the staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. the hotel looks gorgeous within and without and has a lovely ambiance in it's public areas. breakfast was excellent.bathroom was small but very adequate. my only criticism is that our room was in the far rear of the hotel on the seventh floor. it was a room of two halves, lovely bedroom and then a very old wardrobe area which didn't match the main room. the location is excellent and very well sited for the tube.
