Great location very short walk to union square & shopping mall. yes there are homeless around but we never had any problems with them even at night walking with our 2 young kids. small rooms with 2 double beds but they are the most comfortable beds i've ever slept on. evening wine tasting nice & they even had wii games. great massaging shower & lovely toiletries. no kettle in room though & they won't provide one so if you're travelling with an infant like us & need to sterilize things it is a problem.
