For us the hotel location was perfect and the price okay. the room was tiny and cramped but we were prepared for that, important is that it was clean. we found that the room was always cold even when we switched off the ac. kowloon station and the mtr are only a short walk from the doorstep as is the temple street night market. breakfast was poor, sausages, baked beans and ham usually cold because the restaurant is maintained at such a low temperature that you can see your breath ( i estimated around 8°c ), wear a jacket to breakfast! otherwise we enjoyed our 4 night stay and would return in the future mainly because of the location.
