Rooms are great if only hundreds of metres it seems from reception (yes, seriously a huge walk), gym is very well set up with excellent equipment, and it is right at terminal 1 at malpensa... however reception process was painfully slow although there were lots of staff and a maitre de setup (who to be honest merely lengthened the process rather than assisting with speed) -i can never understand how major hotel chains can't get reception services correct and this hotel is no exception to that rule. and slightly disappointed that breakfast starts at 6 given it is at an airport, and the reason you stay at an airport is usually because you have an early flight... so we missed it even though we had a 7.30 flight.
