The hotel is massive and it's the biggest sheraton in the world! check in was painfully slow and sadly, the reception staff were not informative and helpful. room was very clean and big, the beds were comfortable and shower was good just what we needed after a long day. location is perfect at the cotai sands strip which is connected to the venetian and four seasons via a linked bridge. shops are abundant and you can easily spend the entire day shopping around. overall, a good value hotel though the customer service could be improved with staff training.
