We went on a conference to bangkok - arrived at the hotel a few days before the conference - the service at the hotel was excellent - from check in - to check out - . we got to the hotel at about 10 am - check in is at 2 pm - we were treated to complimentary breakfast whilst our room was prepared for us. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. will definately stay there again . had a delux room with part city/part river views.cannot fault the room. we got a late check out . had a late night flight - we were given a room to refresh before leaving for the airport. got us the best taxi service to airport . absolutely loved the service......
