Zudem verfügt es über einen TV-Raum, ein Café, eine gemütliche Bar und ein klimatisiertes à la carte Restaurant mit separatem... No window, that´s not a 4 stars-hotel
At the beginning we had to wait for our room. that´s not the problem, but the service staff said we can see the location and come in one hour later, then our room would be ready. 1 hour later there were 4 guests waiting and it seemed that the service staff had forgotten about us. at the lasts in the queue we got our room. it was a big room with a large bed, tv, table and bathroom (althoug it wasn´t really finished with construction). but the biggest problem: our room was in the basement and there was no window. and an aggregator in the next room worked the hole night with 60db. the manager wasn´t in the hotel and it was no other room available. so we had to wait for the next morning. we were able to get our room changed after another half day and much of protest. then we had a window, but it was towards a kind of small inner courtyard (4x4metre), so one could only see the sky by sticking the neck out. absolutely not worth the four-star-rating.
