Avec quelques travaux dans les chambres et salles de bains ,chauffage et clim .... et un endroit mieux adapté pour le dépôt des ordures ( trop pré de l entrée et des fenêtres des chambres), cela peut être mieux..

Great hotel in the heart of venice, 5 minutes walking to st. marcos square and gran canal and about 15 minutes from rialto bridge. the rooms are clean but a bit small... great relation between quality/price!

Stayed in ca fortuna not in san giorgio as it was an upgrade offer. clean, comfortable room with delicious breakfast, perfect location, souranded with local shops. as a bonus kettle with cups and tea bags, coffee, sugar in the room and even spa slippers in the bathroom. lift was also helpful, especially for people who have problem with climbing up the stairs like my mum. i need to come back there.

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. buona prima colazione e cortesia del personale. la scala (non esiste ascensore) non facilita le persone anziane.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. the location is awsome. you are in the centre of the city and you pay a reasonable price. the staff of the hotel is very friendly. if you go to venice to go out in the evening, you better choose a different city. the centre is pretty dead after 22.00 pm. unless you want to sit at the marco square and pay 8 euro for a cappucino!! and listen to classical music the whole time.
