We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child so with an extra bed and they stuffed us in a room that even the folding bed wouldn't fit and we didn't think the room was cleaned properly, blankets and quilts were reused and not dry cleaned. otherwise staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Après un accueil froid, nous découvrons notre chambre au 4ième étage avec vue sur la baie (comme demandé lors de la réservation). les chambres sont petites mais confortables. les petits déjeunés sont de bonne qualité et avec du choix.

Overall very bad experience. booked a sea view room but was allocated a standard room (side view). website was informed of this change but still waiting to receive refund. also, was told it was a double bed but this was two single beds pushed together.

Bonne cuisine, bon service, propreté very very maltaise, c'est à dire très propre personnel discret et efficace mais problèmes et manque d'organisation pour la gestion des factures et des réglements, chambre un peu petite
