The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful. the location is great just a few minutes walk to the tube and buses. good restaurants in the local area aswell. the breakfast was very nice for a continental breakfast, a good choice of food and drinks. i booked the hotel at a discounted rate on trivago and i would definetly stay here again for the price i paid.

Ottimo albergo per una breve vacanza a londra. locali nuovi e personale cortese e sempre disponibile. le stanze sono di recente fattura, ottime rispetto allo standard londinese, sono munite di parquet e sufficientemente pulite. come nota negativa occorre tener presente che le dimensioni delle camere sono abbastanza contenute, alcune davvero piccole e scomode per la gestione dei bagagli. anche i bagni sono di dimensioni contenute, ma in compenso puliti e nuovi. consigliato!

Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza matrimoniale al 4° piano. la stanza era piccola, simile ad una cabina economica di una nave da crociera. buona pulizia, colazione dignitosa, riscaldamento ben funzionante, personale disponibile e gentile. la tv non riceveva nessun canale. la ubicazione dell'albergo vicino alla stazione di paddingthon è ottima e permette di raggiungere facilmente e velocemente la metropolitana. la zona è dotata di tutti i servizi, negozi e punti di ristorazione.

Pulizie scarsissime posizione ottima per fare running in hyde park per il centro ci vuole 15 ,20 minuti di mezzi , personale molto svogliato non stampano niente, neanche email di servizio camere molto piccole

Hola. somos una parjea que ha estado en este hotel durante 6 noches. la primera habitacion que nos dieron era tan claustrofobica que tuvimos que pedir un cambio. este cambio se hizo a otra mas grande,pero con camas separadas. el ruido en la habitacion es muy molesto ya que la mala carpinteria de las ventanas hace que el ruido de la calle sea el mismo que si estuvieras en la calle. ademas, el ruido entre "vecinos" de habitacion es enorme. es como si estuviera dentro de tu hacitacion. la higiene es pesima. en el baño hubo pelos en el suelo durante todos los dias ( y no todos eran nuestros ). por lo demas, muy normalito y muy malos servicios de atencion y comprension a los clientes.

The hotel was very clean etc unfortunately on one occasion we had a problem with a lift and being on the 5th floor a slight inconvenience.

The location is good (near paddinton station and hyde park). the breakfast is very poor, the drain pipe of our bath tank is totally obstructed and they can't fix it for 3 days. no free internet, no luggage storage service. the price is ok for stay. the double room and tv are small.

Hotel looks great, but... the bar is closed, reception staff seem unclear about the hotel check-in procedure. the fire safety rating, is at best questionable, due to the cramming of extra rooms into the hotel, which aswell as creating very narrow corridors, results in irregular sized rooms. we stayed with two other couples and although we were all charged the same price for our rooms, they varied quite considerably in size and specification. electric safety standard of switches, wiring and lighting fittings in our room, would not be accepted in a buisness enviroment. rooms are very noisey, windows do little to insulate external road noise. finally... the dining area was poorly ventilated and has insufficiant seating for the number of guests, during breakfast serving.
