The standard and location of the room. we felt it was not very clean and fresh. it was close to the elevators, and even with earplugs we did not have a good nights sleep. we paid extra for the breakfast, which was ridiculous! you got one bottle of juice, an apple or a banana and a pastry. and the day we were leaving, we got a bill slipped under our door with a service fee+tax for almost 44 dollars, because of services like gym, wi-fi etc. we asked about this, and every room was charged this service fee. it should have been included in the room price. except from the location, we did not enjoy this hotel experience.
