Nonostante lavori in corso nelle immediate vicinanze questo hotel e decisamente perfetto per una visita a riga. a pochi centinaia di metri dalla stazione degli autobus, pochi metri dal palazzo delle teste nere, e poi comfort e una doccia decisamente ottima. come vistare riga a piedi e in pochissimo tempo. consigliatissimo.

A wonderful hotel in the center of riga, just a 7 minutes walk form the bus station and the railway station. the location is quiet, clean, there are some shops aroud. breakfasts were just amazing, a lot to choose from. rooms were tidy and spacious, warm and gorgeous! i liked everything, hope to stay there as soon as i am in riga again

Three of us wanted to stay in old riga. the wellton old riga palace was in a great position, not in the middle of old riga but just on the edge which was fine. the hotel was clean and the service was very good. our room was on the small size (3 single beds in a row) but when you are in a place like old riga you don't stay in your room. the buffet style breakfast was very good, fresh and some hot food as well as cold meats, cheese, salads, and good coffee and tea. all in all a good hotel at a great price.

Very modern but small rooms. clean, comfortable beds. quiet. efficient aircon. breakfast had delicious pancakes and "all you can drink sparkling wine" but was served in the cellar. great location. i would stay there again.

Bra turisthotell. det ligger ok till i utkanten av gamla stan, nära saluhallen, järnvägsstationen och varuhusen. det är också gångavstånd till färjan, även om det kan kännas lite långt när man har bagage. rummet var litet men rent och välutrustat. fräscht badrum. minibar, tekokningsutrustning, värdefack, hårtork och handdukstork. frukost ingick i priset, den var ok, men kanske inte i allas smak. mycket lagad mat - köttbullar och grönsaksris, eller stekt fisk kunde det vara. inte så mycket smörgåspålägg, en dag igenting alls, inte ens ost. men mousserande vin fanns alltid :-) personalen i receptionen var inte den mest allerta, verkade blyg och inte så kunnig. men allt fungerade i alla fall.

We booked a standard double with hotelclick.com but only received an economy double (small, dark and not very clean). no ventilation in bathroom. internet was free and ok. breakfast was standard of 2** hotel. unfriendly staff at reception and breakfast room. the hotel is very well located within old town.

Ottima posizione tranquilla accanto al centro storico e comoda da raggiungere in macchina, vicino anche alla stazione e ai centri commerciali. colazione molto buona e varia con spumante. la camera 516, che ci hanno assegnato come standard, era piccola per un quattro stelle. parcheggio caro a 14€ al giorno essendo all'aperto, anche se sorvegliato.

A parte la posizione dell'hotel non si può classificare assolutamente come un 4 stelle! stanze doppie minuscole con letto attaccato alla parete. colazione scadente e staff poco cortese.
