This hotel totally exceeded our expectations! we arrived on saturday of memorial weekend at 10:00 am. we knew it was too early to check in, but we went inside to inquire about getting a tag for our car to park in the lot while we went to the beach for the day. the woman at the front desk was soooo nice! she gave us a parking tag for our car and a key to utilize the facility while we waited for our room. we received a call two hours later to let us know our room was ready for check in. we were really impressed from the quality of the room. we stayed in a one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the beach. we had a full sized kitchen and a massive walk in shower. everything was super clean and the bed was sooooo comfy! we were greeted with friendliness from every employee. gino (the chief engineer from boston) was especially nice. breakfast was great too. we will definitely consider this place if we ever return to treasure island! the only thing we would like to see improved is the pool... it is very small and not very aesthetically pleasing, but thanks to the beach being right there, we didn't need the pool!
