The hotel is in a great location and nicely appointed. the service, however, was just a little off. we rang to ask for more towels on our second evening but they never came. the wifi does not renew unless you click on and scroll through the t&cs - but the error says you have entered an incorrect name or room number. the valet parking seemingly could never work out which room we were in - which you thought might have been thrown in for $32. no bill through the door on leaving day. could be a great stay but needs to up its game. also, the "roof top bar" is one floor up round the side. slightly less glamorous than advertised
