I booked a room, they charged my card and did not send the reservation to the hotel. i did not get the room and they took my money: they will not answer to my phone calls, voicemails or messages. i am reporting them

Clean and all we need is there.

Room was clean and the bed was very confortable. very spacious and loved the working desk area. didn't have time to go in the pool, but it seemed really clear and inviting. close to the airport. a very good deal, would go back with no hesitation. the price with hotelclick was the lowest i could find.
