The reception staff are excellent and most staff very helpful. we found the dining room bar staff spent a lot of time talking to each other noisily. we like the hotel ,it is very clean and well placed but we stayed there last year and the pool was not finished. this year,more than a year later the pool,sauna ,fitness facilities are still not available but the hotel keep advertising with these facilities. because we like to use a fitness centre, we will think twice about going there again. however, otherwise the service is extremely good.
