The service at the hotel is horrible. unless you book a suite the rooms are small and crappy. they have bought over an apparent building adjacent to the main building and have refurbished it and put up guests there when over booked. the staff barely speak english and are extremely unprofessional. i waited over an hour to get a quilt. the food is above average only. the pool and ocean are the only good thing about this property. when i told them how unhappy i was they told me i can upgrade for 60 euros which i did. the sea facing suite room is the only thing worth it.
