My sister and i stayed for 3 nights at the radisson edwardian mountbatten in july 2009. not the cheapest hotel we have stayed in, in london, but we were happy to pay the extra for the excellent location. we had to pay a bed & breakfast rate, but would have preferred to have had the choice of a room only rate, saving us approx £18 per day which would have been really useful in covering our sight-seeing costs! our twin room (616) was tiny and felt like an attic room, but comfortable, and the bathroom had external windows giving natural daylight which was a nice change for a hotel. the air-conditioning in our room stopped working during our stay but was fixed quickly. we would certainly stay at this hotel again, but would ask next time for a larger room and a room only rate if available.
