Great stay

We stayed for 5 days over christmas. the location was excellent: one block from schonbrun palace and the subway. the area had very few businesses, but the hotel has a lovely, if pricey restaurant. be advised that dinner service is painfully slow due to schonbrun palace dinner/concert package, and those concert guests will have priority. i would suggest the hotel should hire more dinner staff, as this is a nightly occurrence. the breakfast was fantastic, with many hot choices and a complete continental buffet. we were able to buy the hop-on bus tour tickets from the front desk, and the desk staff were as attentive as any 5 star hotel. the room was very clean and comfortable. i would absolutely stay here again.
