This hotel is in the perfect location, city center, everything within walking distance. you don't need a car, you can take the tram from the train station. the hotel was sufficient, clean, front desk staff was friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast (which was included in our rate) was delicious and they even offered room service.

Todo ha sido estupendo. una agradable estancia. la ubicación del hotel perfecta en pleno centro de burdeos . las habitaciones renovadas y espaciosas. el desayuno variado y muy bueno. nos ha satisfecho muy gratamente. la próxima vez que vayamos a burdeos no tendremos ninguna duda en volver a hospedarnos aquí. gracias por todo!!

Hemos estado alojados durante dos noches en este hotel de tres estrellas (podia ser de 4 estrellas perfectamente ya que tiene calidad y características suficientes)- lo primero , destacar la situacion que tiene, en una pequeña calle perpendicular a la gran calle peatonal de st catherine, que es creo de las más largas calles peatonales europeas, llenas de comercios y locales. la tarifa que indica el hotel en su recepcion es de 87€ habitacion basica, unos 110 ó 130 la habitacion superior y algo mas la suite (tampoco son tarifas demasiado altas para la calidad del establecimiento)l. nosotros encontramos una muy buena oferta en internet de 75€ la noche con desayuno y tasas.(está muy bien teniendo en cuenta que cualquier hotel más corriente tipo ibis o similar y situado bastante mas lejos ya q te vale 70€ la noche). el hotel ha sido reformado durante abril 2011. aunque el hotel es muy tradicional y tiene sus años, han sabido darle un aire nuevo y convertirlo totalmente. la recepcion y entrada sigue estando como antes, pero las habitaciones han sido totalmente reformadas. en las habitaciones hay ademas un "coffee corner" con una nespresso con tres capsulas y minibar sin alcohol gratuito con tres bebidas y aperitivos. (lo del minibar tambien es positivo por si quieres guardar algo de frio en la nevera). aparte de los equipamentos habituales (mesitas, lamparas, escritorio, armario, silla-butaca, tv plana), el baño está muy muy bien. varios "ammenities" o productos de gel,champú.., lavabo y espejo muy moderno y la ducha increible. (creo que alguien ha colgado fotos , voy a intentar subir yo tambien algunas). el desayuno lo bueno es que es hasta tarde (10h entre semana - 10h30 fines de semana), bastante tarde para ser francia). tienes posibilidad de que te lo lleven a la habitacion. se trata de un desayuno buffet muy completo con gran variedad en cuanto a: embutidos, bacon, huevos revueltos, varios tipos de pan, bolleria variada, cereales, yogures, fruta en piezas o partida, zumos, mermeladas, galletas y maquina de cafe).. el precio del desayuno indica 14€ por persona pero supongo que en la mayoria de ventas por internet u ofertas venga incluido en el precio de la estancia. el personal de recepcion muy amable, y ademas hablan varios idiomas. siempre que les preguntabamos algo, nos informaban muy bien. disponen de planos y te pueden situar y orientar perfectamente. varias cositas negativas, por indicar algo: - el hotel no dispone de parking. nos hemos visto obligados a aparcar en un parking publico a unos 5-10 min a pie con tarifa de 18€ (en el centro no se puede aparcar o es imposible..)- - quizas algo ruidoso por las noches ya que esta muy centrico y se oian ruidos de la calle. - la cama tambien hace algo de ruido al moverse.

Nous avons réservé à la dernière minute - nous avons choisi pour la proximité aux sites que nous voulions visiter: nous n'avons pas été déçues. vraiment central. excellent accueil à l'arrivée et on nous avait préparé la chambre avec le divant lit (besoin de 3 lits). les buffets petit déj sont impressionnants (tout pour 7 euros en passant par booking - au lieu des 14 demandés sur place). tout le personnel nous saluait au passage; sourires et salutations. vraiment super.

Hôtel très bien situé, dans rue piétonne , en plein centre. très originale deco entièrement refaite il y a quelques mois. superbe buffet de petit déjeuner. accueil très agréable. nous y retournerons lors d'un prochain séjour à bordeaux, c'est sur!!

Es un hotel bien ubicado, tranquilo, en el que destaca la amabilidad de sus empleadas, el interés por atenderte en tu propia lengua y la disposición a resolver cualquier duda o problema,ha sido una estancia muy agradable.muy agradables y atentas las señoras de la limpieza, las jóvenes de recepción y del restaurante. lo recomiendo.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. first room allocated was clean, large and well furnished, but had limited outside light and only a view of a wall. we asked for another room higher up and they moved us. apart from the first room (beware of rear rooms on floors 1 to 3)the hotel was very good and excellent for the money.

Quality st catherine is excellantly situated adjacent to pedestrianised area of the city centre. a typical old building, chic decor in reception. light, airy, clean bedrooms, soft comfy bed. modern, clean, light breakfast room serving excellant food. staff very polite and helpful. good value for money. no complaints. bordeaux a lovely city to visit for a short break, easy to navigate. sights, food and shopping all top quality.

Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da due ragazze della reception che non hanno trovato la nostra prenotazione nonostante avessimo presentato il nostro voucher di prenotazione e "gentilmente" ci hanno accompagnato all'uscita, nonostante le nostre proteste. grazie alla sig. francesca del call center il problema è stato risolto. al mattino alle ore 8 siamo stati svegliati dagli operai per lavori di ristrutturazione in corso.

Superb value for money - location couldn't be better - clean (if small) air conditioned room with excellent bathroom, wc, & tv. friendly staff. €7 airport bus drops you 75m from rue st catherine - less than 5 mins leisurely stroll from bus to hotel reception. hotel overlooks 2km of straight high quality retail. local restaurants mainly good - ask friendly staff about sea food eating though! june/july 08.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. fantastic location,very friendly and helpful staff and great value. the breakfast was one of the best i have had in any hotel over the past few years.you are right in the centre of bordeaux and there are a huge number of very good restaurants and shops within walking distance. all in all a very pleasant few days.
