Good basic hotel, not five stars however. everything works, nothing big issues. friendly staff, decent beds, clean and quite cosy rooms. good breakfast. air condition a bit noisy and traffic audible too (river side). overall quite good value for money.

Hotel is decent, but not really what you would expect from 5 star hotel...last day we went a bit later for the breakfast (still 9.30..)and most of the pastry was gone by then, not to mention few other goods location is very fine, close to all major attractions.

Upgraded my reservation to junior suite for 30eur per night. ordered flower arrangement in the room for 30eur and got a very nice bouquet of flowers on the table. very friendly staff, very nice room with a big bathroom and bathtub. thai massage in u1. and a casino where we won money each night. nice bar with a guy playing good songs. the breakfast was not so good. tried to order breakfast to the room, it was even worse. all in all, we had a vbery nice stay.

We found everything perfect, good price-quality hotel. wery well located (on the river - 5 minutes waking from the historical center). everybody very nice and profesional.
