Non ho potuto soggiornare all hotel prenotato

All arrivo a salisburgo una spiacevole sorpresa le 4 camere che avevo prenotato e pagato non erano disponibili ; ci hanno così mandato a un altro hotel di livello inferiore a quello prenotato, abbiamo chiesto la restituzione almeno della differenza del costo della camera ma inutilmente . pessima organizzazione
