Unfriendly staff

I speak and write dutch, french, english and german. i studied latin and old greek at school. i speak a little bit of polish and ‘un pocito espaniol’. at the reception they were very amused because i could not speak better spanish. they have not a problem but i have one: you idiot, you are mentally disabled because you don't speak spanish... in the room the curtains were worn.
