A beautiful and relaxing hotel, much needed after five days in florence in august. this hotel is exceptionally good value for money whether you're staying for a couple of nights as a quick getaway to pisa or as a sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of florence. staff are professional and friendly, rooms are great and views of leaning tower of pisa on arrival!

A strange hotel that has tried to achieve a certain level of luxury but looks like it has been built too quickly and perhaps is not quite up to standard - although i was pleased with the room. the food was good but was ridiculously expensive compared to restaurants elsewhere. some of the staff were not particularly friendly and the time taken to serve in the restaurant was sometimes very poor. furthermore the italian guests appeared to be given preferential treatment - i was not impressed!
