Helpful and friendly service starting with my taxi door being opened and my bag carried to reception. luxurious deep bathtub. well maintained suite. comfy bed. very comfy lounge chair and ottoman. i never did figure out the light switch combination though and the beautiful floor to ceiling mirror was upsetting, lol. perfectly located between chinatown and hindley st restaurants and rundle st mall. easy walking distance to transport as well.
