Was initially told at reception would have to be in a smoking room as hotel was fully booked. had made booking 2 months previously. not acceptable so asked to wait in the bar and would let me know when another room was available. should have got a clue when found ear plugs waiting on bedside table! very poor soundproofing from bars and nightclubs on street. when awoken again by street noise at 4am realised that heating not working and despite all attempts at settings on air conditioning just getting error message. then noticed permanent sign below control offering to bring extra heaters if any problem. not at 4am! never again!
