Won't be back

Overall, the appearance of the hotel is quite lovely. common areas are well kept and clean. the check-in process is abominable. couldn't check in early unless you're willing to pay an extra $20. the line up to check in was obscenely long - there were only two people behind the counter. if you use the express check-in kiosk, the line up for that isn't quite as long but then if you want the "coupons" you have to line up in the other line anyway. what a joke. every day we walked by the lobby all we saw were extremely long line-ups so it appears that our experience isn't just a one-off. our room was quite cramped and really "tired" looking. needs an update. tv not working at all. hello???? pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. hair from previous guests in the bathtub - yuck! the saving grace of the room was that it was indeed quiet, which we needed after a long day on the strip. would i go back? no. should have tried the mirage or bellagio. live and learn i guess.

Great location

The paris is a great location on the strip. it allows easy access to both ends for sightseeing. i have stayed at the paris before and really enjoy the accessibility to the street compared to staying at the bellagio. the elevators to the hotel is a short distance. while there this time we were notified our water would be turned off two consecutive days from 10:30-3:30. the first day we had an early morning and it didn't affect us however we awoke late the second day and were very rushed in the morning. nothing was offered as compensation. i didn't expect much but some little offering would have been a nice gesture. i asked about printing our boarding passes for the plane and was told it was $10. to print i said no water for two days and you can't print our passes? i said it's free at the airport, the concierge said so print it there! rude! most hotels even in the caribbean have an internet area for printing and although the have a small individual booth for internet they still charge fees. this simple courtesy was quite disappointing. the room was clean and the staff in general was helpful.

Not recommended

We choose this hotel because of its good location and its price. we were very disappointed of the service, (for ex. shower cap arrived after 2 days..) the water were not hot at the bathroom, a vomitting near the elevator at our 21 floor was cleaned after 2 days. the overall environment was very poor in comparewith the mirage hotel for ex. we could get a much better hotel in a similar price.

Vegas trip

Paris is at a great location mid strip across from the bellagio. the lines to check in are very long even at 7 pm at night. the host greeted us and clicked away many minutes before we were told of a room. our room had a nice bathroom and an armoire for clothes and a nice tv but no view. we were fine with that as we were planning on being out more than being in the room. a very nice pool and good piña coladas but be prepared to wait. only to girl to service the pool and they only take the orders. a different girl runs the drinks when they are ready. my husband noticed when we were walkingown the hall in the am after arrival it was very shabby and worn. busted molding around the door and need of paint and updating. we found out from the cleaning lady the following day (day 2) were were on the dog floor!!! for a couple who suffer from severe allergies this was not welcomed. the front desk did nothing to help us or compensate us. so disappointed in paris. we figured we would go back to paris since it was the first hotel we ever stayed at in vegas but the next time we will go back to the bellagio. you definite get what you pay for in accommodations and service b

Disappointing

Customer service was very poor and disappointing. long lines, fronk desk will not even smile or greet properly, not interested in solving or looking into problem. restaurant for breakfast credit was equally rude and inconsiderate. overall much below the average for las vegas standard.

Fullmer honeymoon

Very disappointed the hotelclick website said i was paying for a deluxe room which i paid more for.. when checking in they said all there regular rooms were considered deluxe and i was ripped off.

Great location

This hotel is in the middle of the strip and near to everything. if you don´t want you don´t have to leave the hotel. everything is there. the pool is super.
