Lovely hotel like stepping back in time! the uneven floors in parts added to the character of the place. reception very friendly and accomodating to our needs and speak good english. ours was a big room with walk in wardrobe/dressing room and lovely modern bathroom. smiling and helpful breakfast lady. good location for st marks square. lots of restaurants within a short walking distance.

The location is good, the room and breakfast room are nice and cozy. as our room was on the ground floor we had to hear most of the talking(everyone seems to speak loudly) at the reception at late night. we suppose if we pay more, better room would be allocated. so we recommend this hotel but not at the cheapest fee.

Albergo situato in posizione centrale e comoda perchè vicino al canal grande e piazza san marco. la mia prenotazione era per palazzo priuli (meraviglioso!) ma la camera mi è stata poi assegnata a casa nicolò priuli: mi sono fermata una sola notte e non ho voluto questionare alla reception. convenzionato con il parcheggio san marco in piazzale roma.
