The palace hotel in tallinn proved to be a good choice of hotel being in close proximity to the old town. the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and efficient and the upgraded room we requested was excellent. the range of food at breakfast was of a very good quality, with an easily accessible layout.

The view is simply gorgeous but there are several lacks in the services. first, a four-star hotel without air conditioning is truly incredible and the cleaning in the room is very approximative. we find a lot of dust under our beds and on the furniture. that's a pity! the breakfast is good, but not related to a four-star hotel!
